PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give bright and clear impression at an observing time while recording a stereoscopic image. SOLUTION: An interference fringe having a function to reproduce a hologram stereoscopic image is recorded at the center part of a medium, and a diffraction grating pattern having the function to reproduce a two-dimensional image I2 is recorded at peripheral part thereof. The interference fringe and the diffraction grating pattern are plotted by an electron beam lithographing device based on an image data generated by calculation by a computer. When the interference fringe for the stereoscopic image I1 is calculated, he spreading angle of object light from a point light source constituting an image is restricted. The two-dimensional image I2 is a planar image constituted by allocating the diffraction grating pattern to one picture element, and is constituted of a different diffraction grating pattern corresponding to an individual picture element value.
