<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To spirally wind an electric heating wire in a state of giving tension on an electric heating mat integrally fused on a lower surface of a branch pipe joint. SOLUTION: A through hole 21 is provided roughly on a central part of a synthetic resin sheet, a projected row 22 is radially arranged in the circumference of this through hole 21, an electric heating wire is inserted between each of projections 22a of these projected rows 22 and spirall wound around a sheet surface, a heating mold is pressed on the projected row 22 and the electric heating wire is fixed by filling melted resin in each of the projections 22a on an electric heating mat 1 to be integrally fused on a back surface of a synthetic resin made branch saddle roughly curved in a semi-circular arc shape.</p> |
