PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely recognize incoming state, even while an earphone is detached in a highly noisy state by providing a signal line with an incoming report unit for performing incoming reporting operation with one of or all of ringing light, emission and vibration according to a preset style of the incoming report operation. SOLUTION: An incoming report unit 3 is provided with a sounder 31 attached in the middle of a cable for connecting an earphone 1 to be inserted into the ear, a microphone 2 and a connector part 6 for outputting an incoming tone, an incoming lamp 32 to be emitted or flickered at the time of incoming and a vibrator 33 to be vibrated at incoming. At incoming, an incoming signal is inputted from a portable telephone set 7 through the connector part 6 to the incoming report unit 3 and when this signal is detected, respective reporting means with turned-on changeover switches are operated. When the earphone 1 is inserted into the ear, since the incoming unit 3 is located around the breast, ringing or light emission can be recognized at a position close to the eye or ear.
