摘要 A silicone rubber of which surface is treated by an ion assisted reaction and its method for surface treatment are disclosed. A silicone rubber that are surface-treated by an ion assisted reaction in a manner that an ion accelerated by applying energy is radiated, to which reactive gas is injected for surface treatment, thereby improving its hydrophile and adhesive force. In addition, a method for treating a surface of a silicone rubber by ion assisted reaction is also disclosed in which a silicone rubber or a rubber fabricated by mixing a silicone rubber with other material is provided to which an ion accelerated by applying energy, while maintaining a vacuum state, is radiated on the surface of the silicone rubber and a reactive gas is injected to the periphery of the surface of the silicone rubber is modified to have a hydrophile and an adhesive force. In the present invention, the surface of the silicone rubber so that the surface of the silicone rubber is modified to improve the surface hydrophilic characteristics of the silicone rubber, so that the cohesion and adhesive force of the silicone rubber can be more highly increased owing to the improved hydrophilic characteristics while holding its own merits, and thusly treated silicone rubber can be applied to various products.
