METHOD AND DEVICE FOR DETECTING AND ISOLATING PHARMACOLOGICAL COMPOUNDS BEING CONTAINED IN SUBSTANCE MIXTURES

The invention relates to a method for isolating and/or identifying at least one active chemical substance being contained in a mixture of active and inactive chemical substances. The inventive method is characterised by the steps: a) adding a target to said mixture and producing a complex made of th e target and at least one active chemical substance of the mixture, b) separating the complex from the inactive chemical substance of the mixture a nd either c) releasing and isolating at least one active chemical substance fro m the separated complex and/or identifying said substance or d) identifying at least one active chemical substance of the mixture by subtracting a chromatogram pertaining to the mixture consisting of active and inactive chemical substances from a chromatogram of the mixture consisting of inactiv e chemical substances, whereby said last mixture is obtained after the complex has been separated, and optionally releasing and isolating the at least one active substance from the separated complex.
