Chemokine/cytokine expression inhibitors which contain compounds represented by general formula [I], salts thereof or prodrugs of the same, wherein R<1> represents hydrogen, lower alkyl, etc.; R<2> and R<3> represent each hydrogen, lower alkyl, etc., or R<2> and R<3> may form together with -C=C- adjacent thereto a 5- to 7-membered ring; X represents oxygen or S(O)p (wherein p is an integer of from 0 to 2); Y represents (A) (wherein R<4> and R<5> represent each hydrogen, lower alkyl, etc.); R<6> and R<7> represent each hydrogen, lower alkyl, etc., or R<6> and R<7> may form together with the nitrogen atom adjacent thereto a nitrogen-containing heterocycle; m is an integer of from 0 to 4; and n is an integer of from 0 to 4.
