<p>A television control system with modular tuner compatibility comprises a tuner module coupled to a microprocessor via a communication bus. The tuner module includes a memory unit having tuner alignment data. The microprocessor communicates a tuning command via the communication bus to the tuner module and the tuner module locates the tuner alignment data corresponding to a desired television signal in the memory unit for performing electronic tuner alignment.</p> |
