Apparatus for heating wort for beer production

Heating process for wort comprises heating in a wort vessel or a supply tank; where in either case, there is an internal boiler, especially a tubular boiler. The wort is withdrawn from the vessel and returned to it vessel, to turn the wort over. Part of the existing delivery section for hops (20) is used for this purpose; including the delivery pump (4) and the supply line. Also claimed is an apparatus for the method. In the apparatus, the supply line (10) for hops delivery to the wort vessel (1) discharges below the internal boiler (2). In the hops delivery section, there is a bridging line (9), forwarding wort directly to the wort vessel (1), without including the vessels for hops (5a-d).
