PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always grasp a position of a suspended cargo so that a device can be automatically operated, as the tower crane device. SOLUTION: In the tower crane device provided with a crane turn part suspending a hook block 6 capable of up/down moving on a mast, by tracing a total peripheral prism 22 provided in the hook block 6 with a total station 21 provided in a main unit of a crane 3, a three-dimensional position of the hook block 6 is grasped. A control device feeding back the three-dimensional position of the hook block 6 to operate it in a prescribed position is provided.
