PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a building with excellent flexibility of a structure plan and suitable for effecting various planning. SOLUTION: Four support parts 13a-13d for supporting load due to an earthquake are provided on a core 20, plural outer peripheral posts 50 for supporting vertical load are provided in the outer periphery of a building 1, and the support parts 13a-13d are formed by composing posts made by plural steel members. In the core 20, a stairwell 14 is formed in an area surrounded by the support parts 13a-13d.
