PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform inspection and replacement operation for a transmitting mechanism quickly in a short time even in a narrow place in a remote-operated type water plug which can control temperature and flow by separating a faucet body from a control handle, connecting the same by the transmitting mechanism, and transmitting the operating force of the control handle to the control part by the transmitting mechanism. SOLUTION: In a remote-operated faucet A in which a faucet body 7 having the respective control parts for temperature and flow and control handles 10, 11 are separated, the control handles 10, 11 and the control parts are connected by a transmitting mechanism 12, and the operating force of the control handles 10, 11 is transmitted to the control parts by the transmitting mechanism 12 to control temperature and flow, the transmitting mechanism 12 is removably mounted between the control parts of the faucet body 7 and the control handles 10, 11, the control parts and the control handles 10, 11 are connected by a protective pipe 62, and the transmitting mechanism 12 can be passed through the passage of the protective pipe 62.
