PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise the installation workability of a roof trim and also the shock absorb function of the part near an assist strap installation part, especially by modulizing the accessory and roof trim such as an assist strap, room lamp, bracket for room mirror, in the installation structure of the roof trim instaslled on a roof panel. SOLUTION: By positioning an assist strap 2 on the room inside of a roof trim 1 and a buffer such as a roof side bracket 10 or roof side pad on the responding back surface side and holding temporarily the bolt 5 for installation in the boss hole of the roof side bracket 10 and roof side pad by the insertion of the bolt 5 for installation, the roof trim 1 and assist strap 2 are modulized and the installation workability is raised. Further, the load applied to an occupant is reduced by the shock absorb function of the roof side bracket 10 and roof side pad.
