PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a torque variation to stably operate an electric motor by supporting the rotor of the electric motor on a rotating shaft by a flywheel installed at the bottom end of the rotating shaft of the electric motor. SOLUTION: A flywheel 40 is fixed to the bottom end of a rotating shaft 23 with bolts 41. A portion 42 of an electric motor corresponding to the rotating shaft 23, a portion 43 corresponding to a rotor 25, and a portion 44 corresponding to a winding 21 are formed steppingly as diameter parts increasing in diameter downward so as to cover the underside of the rotor 25 and the winding 21. Thus, the rotor 25 is supported by the portion 42 corresponding to the rotating shaft 23. The limitation of upward movement of the rotor 25 is achieved by the contact of the rotor 25 with a stepped part formed in the rotating shaft 23. The prevention of rotation of the rotor 25 relative to the rotating shaft 23 is performed with a rotation stop key provided between the rotating shaft and the rotor 25. The rotation stop key is present entirely within the rotor 25.
