PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the rising of a temperature at the time of irradiating with ultraviolet ray, particularly the rising of the temperature due to heat storage with a simple device without giving damage to a work by providing an ultraviolet ray irradiation part and a air blowing part for cooling the work. SOLUTION: The ultraviolet ray irradiation part for irradiating the work 4 with ultraviolet ray is composed of an ultraviolet lamp 11 and a lamp chamber 12 provided with an ultraviolet ray irradiation window 15, through which ultraviolet ray is taken out to the outside, and for housing the ultraviolet lamp 11. An air passage 23 for connecting a take-in port 22 to a blowing port 21 is provided on the outside surface of opposed 2 side walls of the lamp chamber 12, the take-in port 22 is provided at the upper part of the lamp chamber 12 and the slit shaped air blowing port 2 is provided at the lower part of the outside surface of the 2 side walls of the lamp chamber 12. The ultraviolet ray irradiation part is also provided with a cold mirror 14 reflecting the ultraviolet ray emitted from the ultraviolet lamp 11 toward the ultraviolet ray irradiation window 15 and a cold mirror 13 reflecting the ultraviolet ray emitted from the ultraviolet lamp 11 toward the cold mirror 14. |
