PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain clothing and trousers readily attachable to and detachable from the body by simply operating and handling the main body of care clothing and the main body of care trousers without taking time for treatment and charging a load on the body. SOLUTION: A care clothing body 1 and care trousers body are made so as to connect the care clothing to the care trousers with by one side. The tops of the care clothing body 1 and the care trousers body are provided with fasteners 3 and meshes (louvers) 7, partially a tool 4, a instrument 5 and pockets 6. The core clothing and the care trousers are operated and handled so that a patient can be treated while wearing the care clothing and care trousers bodies on his body.
