PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically determine the coordinates of marks within a 3-D volume data record. SOLUTION: This method includes the step of preparing 2-D projections P1-P4 imaged by an X-ray system and generating a 3-D volume data record, the step of detecting marks 6.1-9.4 mapped onto the 2-D projections imaged, the step of determining the reference points of the 2-D projections P1-P4 representing the marks detected, the step of setting up inversely projected straight lines extending through the reference points so that inversely projected straight lines G8.1-G9.4 extend through the focus of an X-ray source, the step of determining the intersections of the inversely projected straight lines, the step of forming spatially limited ranges B8, B9 having accumulations of the intersections, and the step of calculating the coordinates of the center of gravity of each of the spatially limited ranges. |
