PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a tip from being dried when being let to stand for a long period of time by forming the total section or one section of a tip plug, which is arranged at the tip end section of a tank containing an application liquid inside, of a gas-permeable member, and exposing the member to the internal space of the tank and the peripheral space of the tip. SOLUTION: When a fiber bundle tip pen 1 is used as an applicator, a tip 5 is pushed in by a writing pressure, and the valve disc 12 of an ink-feeding valve 6 is retracted, and the opening of a housing 11 is opened. Therefore, an ink is fed from an ink tank 3 to the tip 5. Then, when the rear end surface of the tip rear section 5b comes into contact with the tip end surface of a tip plug 4, the retraction of the tip 5 is restricted. At this time, a seal member 20, which prevents the ink from leaking, is arranged on the outer peripheral section of the tip plug rear section 4a, and the seal member 20 is formed of a material through which the solvent of the ink is easy to pass. By this constitution, a vapor (a vaporized gas of the ink solvent) is dispersed in the peripheral space of the tip 5,,and the ink solvent is prevented from being vaporized from the tip 5. |
