Pause between inhalation and exhalation is effected with one-moment keeping of man's body on right- or left-hand leg in balancing pose with supporting leg bent in knee and the second leg bent in knee and brought forward or moved backward with simultaneous movement of hand palms over trajectory of Moebius band loop.
