PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust system of motorcycle capable of effectively utilizing the mutual exhausting interference and facilitating the assembling to a body. SOLUTION: The first exhaust pipe of a front cylinder-side exhaust system for a V-shape engine loaded on a body A is provided for forward exhaust, and the second exhaust pipe of a rear cylinder-side exhaust system is provided for rear exhaust, and a second muffler 4 is arranged on the upper side of a first muffler 3 with a backward slippage and assembled on one side of the body in the vertically parallel state. The first expansion chamber 31 of the first muffler 3 is connected to the first expansion chamber 41 of the second muffler through a communicating pipe 5 so as to communicate each other. One end 5a of the communicating pipe 5 is connected to the muffler cylinder circumferential surface corresponding to the first expansion chamber of the first muffler 3, and the other end 5b is connected to the front end mouth part 4a of the second muffler 4 in parallel to the second exhaust pipe in conformation to the first expansion chamber 41 of the second muffler 4.
