PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the burden of a camera or a canteen from being imposed on a shoulder or a waist, or the like, by attaching a J shape strap hook to the middle part of a belt shape tape (string) which is fitted to the front surface or the back side of a rucksack and hanging the camera or the canteen from the hook. SOLUTION: One end of a first fixing tape A is fixed onto the rear surface of the rucksack and, in the meantime, one end of a second fixing tape B is fixed onto the front surface of the rucksack. Then the respective other ends of the fixing tapes A and B are integrally connected by mutually locking male and female joints 3 and 3 respectively arranged thereto. Then the mouth part of the rucksack is opened/closed by attaching/detaching the fixing tapes A and B. In the rucksack, the J shape hook 5 is attached to the middle part of the second fixing tape B so as to be freely slidable and the position is decided by a stopper 6. At the time of usage, the strap is hung from the J shape hook 5 to suspend the camera, or the like, so that the burden on the shoulder, or the like, is relieved.
