PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic rubber composition which is excellent in the external appearance, softness, (touch feeling), mechanical strengths and thermal stability and which enables the quality stabilization in order to improve the productivity. SOLUTION: A crosslinked thermoplastic rubber composition comprises 1-99 pts.wt. of (A) a crosslinkable rubbery polymer and 1-99 pts.wt. of (B) a polypropylene-based resin (the sum total of components A and B is 100 pts.wt.), where the component (B) comprises, based on a melt test (under a condition at 200 deg.C) in the presence of an organic peroxide, (B-1) a polypropylene-based resin which has a feature of having developed a torque higher since just after the perfect melt than the M0 which is a torque just after the perfect melt and (B-2) a polypropylene-based resin which has a feature of having been under a condition of a torque lower since just after the melt than the M0.
