PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically control the angle of a moving blade according to the operating condition efficiently by own variable function by stacking fiber reinforced composite sheet materials to be different in fiber direction, and adjusting the material quality, proportion distribution of fiber orientation and thickness of the laminated body. SOLUTION: Fiber reinforced composite sheet materials are stacked to be different in fiber orientation, and the material quality, proportion distribution and thickness of the laminated body are adjusted so that the deformation of a moving blade itself due to the centrifugal force and the force of thermal distortion or the like applied to the moving blade during operation automatically adjusts the angle of the blade according to the operating condition of a rotary machine.
