PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a manufacturing device, to improve the workability of manufacture and to improve an appearance. SOLUTION: This structure is composed of the film-like member 2 of a mesh, film, cloth or nonwoven fabric, or the like, and a frame-like supporting member 3 for holding its peripheral edge and is assembled to the frame of a chair. In this case, for instance, by the method of attaching the film-like member 2 provided with a heat contraction property to a die 5 for insert- molding the frame-like supporting member 3 and the film-like member 2 under no stress or with stress weaker than the tension required as the structure 1, then injecting resin to a cavity 6, hardening it and molding the frame-like supporting member 3, or the like, the film-like member 2 is attached to the frame-like supporting member 3 under no tension or with the tension weaker than the tension required as the structure 1 and is fixed. Thereafter, the film-like member 2 is heated and contracted and elasticity required as the structure 1 is given.
