PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly move a pair of guide members even with the structure of energizing the pair of guide members to an approach side by a pressurizing and energizing member. SOLUTION: In this device, a pair of side fences 1, 2 are provided with a timing belt 4 for transmitting the force for moving the side fences 1, 2 in directions for approaching each and separating from each other, and two connecting members 5, 6 are fixed to the side fences 1, 2, and a compression coil spring 7 is interposed between the connecting member 5 and the side fence 1 through a relay member 11 and a compression coil spring 12, and a compression coil spring 8 is interposed between the connecting member 6 and the side fence 2. The timing belt 4 is freely inserted into each center part of the compression coil springs 12, 7, 8 and passed through them. With this structure, since a working point of the timing belt 4 and working points of the compression coil springs 12, 7, 8 coincide with each other, generation of the rotary moment can be prevented.
