摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photopolymerizable flexographic printing plate having an IR-ablatable layer including high sensitivity and simultaneously flexibility, and a method for manufacturing it. SOLUTION: A photosensitive printing element is used for manufacturing a flexographic printing plate via computer-to-plate technology. In this case, the element comprises a support, a polymerizable layer and an IR-ablatable layer which is substantially opaque to actinic radiation. The IR-ablatable layer has at least one heat-combustible polymeric binder, at least one IR-absorbing material, at least one aliphatic diester of the general formula R1(CO)[O-CHR3- CH2]nO(CO)R2 wherein n is in a range of 1 to 30, R1 and R2 are each 1-20C linear or branched alkyl chains and R3 is an H or methyl, and the flexographic printing plate is manufactured by using the element.
