PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new data present system which can present music data and image data to other portable telephone sets even when a copy guard for copyright protection is attached or the reproduction format of a portable telephone set is different. SOLUTION: A database server 11 to which the portable telephone set 2 can connect through the Internet 3 is stored with pieces of data to be presented and a web server 12 perform data selection control for making a present sender, who accesses the server through the portable telephone set 2, select arbitrary data, mandatary control with presentee setting control for making the sender input the sending destination of the presentee, notification control for giving notice of the reception of a present to the portable telephone set 2 of the presentee, and downloading control for downloading the selected data to the portable telephone set 2 of the presentee. |
