PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To favorably perform pre-lubrication so as to smoothly start an internal combustion engine by operating a hydraulic cylinder through a rack by a driving motor to inject machine oil into a main oil path, and then stopping the driving motor and operating a starting motor of the internal combustion engine at the same time. SOLUTION: At the starting of an internal combustion engine, since a current flows through a driving motor 23 of a pre-lubrication system 2, a gear 232 fitted to the terminal of an output shaft meshes with a rack 212 fitted to the terminal of a piston rod 211 to transmit power. Machine oil in a hydraulic cylinder 21 is injected into a main oil path, and with the movement of the rack 212, a sensor 2121 and a micro-switch 22 fitted to the terminal are operated in response thereto. As a result, the driving motor 23 is stopped, and an engine starting motor is started. After that, a slight amount of machine oil flows into the hydraulic cylinder 21 through a three-way joint S2, and the rack 21 is moved back to a position where the sensor 2121 corresponds to another micro-switch 24.
