PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an efficient deodorizing treatment by sucking air from a suction portion opening in a stool, deodorizing it with a deodorizing block having a plurality of absorbents, and regenerating the absorbents with a self- heating decomposition catalyst and a heater. SOLUTION: A toilet deodorizing device has a suction portion 13 opening in a stool, and connects to a deodorizing block 14 through a flexible duct 23. A collecting block 10 is fixed to a toilet seat 12, is placed on the stool 11 side in a state of closing the toilet seat 12, and sucks air in the stool 11. The deodorizing block 14 is an air passage having a suction hole 15 and a blowing hole 16 on its both ends. Just at the back of the suction hole 15, an adsorbent A 18, then a self-heating decomposition catalyst 19, an adsorbent B 20, and a heater 21 are arranged, and a blower is disposed on the most downstream part. The absorbent A 18 is for sulfide, and the adsorbent B 20 is for basic gas. When a person enters, a human detecting means 25 detects, and a control circuit 26 actuates the blower 22. Air sucked from the suction portion 13 is passed through the adsorbents A 18, B 20, adsorbs odor, and is blown out of the blowing hole 16.
