PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-dip aluminized steel sheet having excellent workability at ordinary temperature and high strength at high temperature. SOLUTION: Hot-dip aluminizing is applied to the surface of an annealed cold rolled steel sheet which has a chemical composition consisting of, by mass, <=0.020% C, <0.10% Si, 1.0-2.5% Mn, 0.01-0.10% Al, 0.1-0.5% Ti, 0.10-0.30% Nb, <=0.010% N and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities and containing, if necessary, <=0.5%, in total, of one or more elements among Mo, V, and W and satisfying relational expression Ti/(C+N)>=10. Particularly, characteristics of having >43% elongation at ordinary temperature and >=180 N/mm2 tensile strength at 600 deg.C can be provided.
