PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive prefabricated barn in which livestock can always be bred at a comfortable temperature without relating to season, which itself is sanitary, has excellent corrosion resistance and maintainability, and is most suitable for breeding a large amount of the livestock. SOLUTION: This prefabricated barn comprises a pigpen main portion 10 which is divided with bulkheads into plural barn units 4, a preliminary room 30 continuously built along one side of the pigpen main portion 10, a truss structure roof portion 70 disposed on the preliminary room 30, an outer wall 50 assembled on a pan 40 constituting a base portion, a ceiling 60, and the roof portion 70 assembled on the ceiling 60. The preliminary room 30 having a stairwell structure is allowed to communicate with an attic space, and outer air taken into the preliminary room 30 is introduced into the bark units 4, respectively, through the attic space. The outer wall 50A and the inner wall 50B are obtained by assembling heat-insulating wall panel units 51, and each of the heat-insulating wall panel units 51 comprises a highly heat-insulating, water-proof and corrosion-resistant composite material. The composite material comprises a heat-insulating material 51a such as a foamed urethane polymer as a core, plywood 51b disposed on both the surfaces of the heat-insulating material 51a in a sandwich-like state, and weather-resistant materials laminated to the surfaces of the plywood 51b.
