PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bond a mark to a tooth part and to smoothly feed a prepaid card or paper money on a back surface without generating erroneous operation. SOLUTION: In a method for producing a toothed belt for feeding a card or paper money having a mark on the surface of tooth part thereof, a transfer mark material 1 wherein a mark 3 is bonded to a base material 2 and canvas 4 are superposed one upon another so that the mark 3 faces to the canvas 4 to be heated and pressed and, thereafter, the base material 2 is peeled to transfer the mark to the canvas 4 and the end parts of the canvas 4 are bonded so that the transferred mark is positioned inside to mold cylindrical canvas. After the cylindrical canvas is inserted into a mold having a groove part, core wires are spun and unvulcanized rubber is laminated on the spun wires to be vulcanized and molded so as to be poured in the groove part to produce a belt sleeve and the belt sleeve is cut into predetermined width. |
