PURPOSE: An optic axis correcting device for a photographing machine is provided to simplify the structure with two solid prism instead of liquid having a high index of refraction, two transparent substrates and a bellows, and improve the durability and the temperature characteristics. CONSTITUTION: An optic axis correcting device for a photographing machine includes two solid prism(10,11) pivotably mounted in front of a zoom lens group(16) disposed on a single optic axis to rotate vertically and horizontally by a controllable angle, wherein the two solid prism make the optic axis of the zoom lens group changed by external vibration accord with an optic path of incident light of the zoom lens group, and the prism have refraction surfaces(10a,11a) inclined diagonally to face each other and mounted in parallel to each other.
