PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a data-recording device which disables unlimited recording. SOLUTION: Image data and security data, that a personal computer 14 receives through the Internet 12, are inputted. Using a prepaid card reader 26 charge information and a security code are read out of a prepaid card. When both the security codes match each other and the charge for recording image data can be paid with the charge information, an image is recorded on a paper sheet according to the image data, and a charging process is carried out. |
