PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease time difference of access and to permit only access of one data for one plate by making a device such constitution that data is arranged in the same way as arrangement of pin constitution and only one data is selected from each plate. SOLUTION: TRUE and NOT of YB are connected to different plates. For example, at the time of READ, when a device has 4 bits constitution, a signal YAT is activated, and data amplifiers IO0, IO15, IO2, IO13 are activated. In this condition, a signal YBT is activated, the data amplifier IO0 is selected from a plate A1 of one side, the data amplifier IO13 is selected from a plate B1 of the other side. That is, only one data is selected from one plate. This is realized by that a pair of different data selected from one plate is connected to different address respectively. |
