PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize the entire apparatus and make ice at all times with high efficiency. SOLUTION: The present apparatus includes a heat storage tank 10 composed of a tank body 11 for storing water therein, the water being a heat medium, and a mesh shaped holder 12 for holding a lump I of ice in a water-immersed state, and ice making tube 20 disposed in the water immersed state in the heat storage tank 10, and a freezer 30 for making ice on an external peripheral surface of the ice making tube 20 by supplying a refrigerant in a low temperature state of the ice making tube 20. There is provided exfoliation means 40 on the freezer 30 for exfoliating deposited ice by supplying a middle temperature middle pressure refrigerant to the ice making tube 20. The ice making tube 20 is formed with a synthetic resin material such as polyethylene radially expandable with excellent thermal conductivity, and there are provided a plurality of partition structures protruded from the external peripheral surface to the outside such that the partition structures divide the surroundings of the ice making tube peripherally and longitudinally.
