<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve correlation detection precision while decreasing the accumulation of current transfer errors and reducing power consumption. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a receiving means (receiving antenna, mixer, local oscillator, and detector), a voltage-current converting means 100, current delay flip-flops which are provided by N obtained by dividing the number of chip information arrays by an integer M, a 1-input multiple-output current delay circuit block part 101 having M pieces of terminals for outputting held current signals in parallel while transferring the held current signals to following stages at intervals of a one-chip time, M pieces of partial correlation current output means 105k which input the current signals in parallel, switch current connection paths according to reference data, and add the output signals of the respective current delay flip-flops and outputs partial correlation currents, a partial correlation output current delay circuit block part 103 which adds M pieces of partial correlation currents each delayed by an N-chip time at intervals of the one-chip time, and a demodulator 104 which inputs the correlation current signal and demodulates the original information signal.</p> |
