PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the capacity of a multi-axis test program and at the same time easily execute a multi-axis test. SOLUTION: A controller is provided corresponding to an actuator corresponding to each axis. When a single axis test is to be made, first a host computer 15 performs system setting processing, sets system parameters for setting the system configuration of a controller 11 or 21 corresponding to an axis a A or B to be used to a corresponding controller, and then executes a single-axis test program. When a multi-axis test is to be made, system parameters that has already set to system parts 14 and 24 in the controllers 11 and 21 corresponding to the axis A and B to be used are read by the host computer 15, and the read system parameters are combined and a multi-axis test program is executed.
