PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the leakage of washing water or condensed water of a heat exchanger from the through hole of a refrigerant pipeline to the outside of a casing. SOLUTION: An indoor unit is structured so that a heat exchanger, equipped with a drain pan 4, and a fan are installed in a casing while a refrigerant pipeline (an outlet pipe 32 or the like) for supplying refrigerant to the heat exchanger is provided so as to penetrate the casing 2. In this case, a water packing grommet 40, made of a soft rubber and whose inner diameter of the inserting part 41 for passing the outlet pipe 32 is smaller than the outer diameter of the outlet pipe while having an outside flange unit 42 as well as an inside flange unit 43, opposed with a distance between surfaces which coincides substantially with the thickness L of the penetrating part of the casing 2, and a lip unit 44, projected from the vicinity of the inside flange unit 43 in the casing 2 so as to be adhered to the inner surface of the casing 2, is mounted in a part whereat the outlet pipe 32 is penetrated through the casing 2. |
