<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ignite a cigarette even when the sun does not shine during a rainy time, a cloudy time, and the night and further to have a light function in a dark place, and have a body warmer function to warm a human body even in a cold place. SOLUTION: This solar battery 1 receives a sun light for generation. A secondary battery 2, such as a nickel-cadmium battery, is charged with a power generated by the solar battery 1. A first electric heating body 3 consists of a coil-form metallic alloy, and a device to effect heating such that a current inputted from a secondary battery 2 is brought into an ON and OFF state by a first switch 4, and ignite a cigarette. A light 5 is a device operated such that a current inputted from the secondary battery 2 is brought into an ON and OFF state by a second switch 6 to emit light. A body warmer 8 consists of a second electric heating body 9 brought into an ON and OFF state by a third switch 8 to effect heating, and a case 10 to incorporate a second electric heating body 9.</p> |
