PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make battery components thin and miniature and to install many components optionally on an electric circuit board by manufacturing constituting electrodes and an electrolyte into a membrane shape by a vacuum process. SOLUTION: LiCoO2, LiNiO2, LiMnO2, a V compound, and a Ti compound are formed into a membrane shape singularly or as a mixture by a sputtering method to manufacture a positive electrode, Li and a Li alloy are formed into a membrane shape by the sputtering method or a deposition method to manufacture a negative electrode, then they are preferably made thin easily. A complex with tetracyano quinodimethane and a metal easy to use in view of a membrane forming property and conductivity such as Li, Cu or Ag or a complex with an organic substance easily forming cations such as an amine compound may be formed into a membrane shape by the deposition method to manufacture an electrolyte. The electrolyte can feed Li ions between electrode layers, and it is thermally decomposed into individual components or other components at the time of decomposition. A thin film insulating layer or a semiconductor layer of a metal oxide such as SiO2 and Ta2O5 or a fluoride such as MgF2 and CaF2 may be provided between the electrolyte layer and electrodes to prevent a short circuit. |
