PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for electronically monitoring the supply currents of a module connected with a bus capable of separating the supply currents from a supply voltage by a reliable method at need, and capable of diagnosing any defective part. SOLUTION: This device 1 is provided with at least one device 4 for detection and at least one device 5 for limiting and/or separating supply currents. In this case, the device for separating the supply currents responds to the numeric of the detected supply currents, and surely prevents energy supply to the other modules of an automatic bus connected in parallel with a supply voltage from being interrupted. Thus, the operation of at least one system can be continued in a limited state, and failure diagnosis can be also continued. |
