<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and efficiently remove harmful burrs existent on all the ridge lines of a yoke part constituting a magnetic circuit, by applying firstly a barrel polishing and the performing an abrasive-grain flowing work to the low-carbon steel yoke part having the burrs generated by its shearing works and cutting works, etc. SOLUTION: To yoke pat 1, where a very small shearing burr 11 and a shearing burr 12 having a thickness not larger than 0.5 mm are generated on the ridge line of its through-hole 2, etc., barrel polishing is applied first, and the burrs 11, 12 are pushed to the inside of the through hole 2 to thin their roots. Then, an abrasive-grain flowing work is performed to the yoke part 1 to remove the burrs 11, 12 from the through-hole 2. Still, in the case of the very small burrs 11, 12 remaining slightly in the through-hole 2, a chemical polishing is further performed to the yoke part 1 to completely remove the burrs 11, 12 from the through-hole 2.</p> |
