PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a film-covered conductor wire that can prevent generation of cracks of an insulation film at bending portions. SOLUTION: Both end portions of a film-covered conductor wire 1 are held respectively with clamping jigs 3, 4, and the bending portion 2 is heated with a heater 5, until it reaches a prescribed temperature. Thereafter, the bending portion 2 is placed in contact with a core metal 6, and the clamping jigs 3, 4 are rotated in the predetermined direction in order to wind the film-covered conductor wire 1 along the core metal 6.
