PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make filling of starter developer unnecessary at the time of a 2 component developer. SOLUTION: In the developing device 10 where developing of an electrostatic latent image is carried out utilizing the 2 component developer, a developer container 141 where carrier and toner that are already mixed at an specified ratio is sealed in is provided in the developing device 10. That is, since it is constituted so that filling of a starter developer to the 2 component replenishing system developing device is sealed into the developer container beforehand and set to the developing device and a user is to carry out pulling out of a seal, mixing of the toner and the carrier at the use starting time of the developing device is not necessary and leaking and spilling, etc., of the starter developer at the time of the filling are prevented. |
