PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display an effective damping effect even under a condition where tuning of an auxiliary vibration system against a main vibration system is imperfect in a damping device (TMD) to constitute the auxiliary vibration system against a building structure. SOLUTION: A plural number of divided auxiliary vibration systems 17 are constituted by using a plural number of divided measures 14 made in the same mass, and at the time of tuning characteristic frequency of each of these divided auxiliary vibration systems 17 in a value dufferent from each other, the minimum characteristic frequency: fmin out of a plural number of these divided auxiliary frequency systems 17 and the maximum characteristic frequency: fmax are set so that a value of a ratio against characteristics frequency: f0 to damp of a building structure 12 comes to be inverse of each other and are set so that the characteristic frequency: f1-fn in all the divided auxiliary vibration systems 17 make geometrical progression each other.
