<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote interactive entry and exiting assistance system which allows even a passenger who has a nonmagnetized train ticket, etc., to pass through an automatic ticket barrier. SOLUTION: This system comprises multiple remote fare adjusting machines 1 each equipped with a photographing means, an interaction means using voice, a display panel, and an automatic fare adjusting means and a remote interactive ticket issue answer center 2 connected to the remote fare adjusting machines by a communication means 3; and a remote fare adjusting machine interacts with the remote interactive ticket issue answering center and the automatic fare adjusting means of the remote fare adjusting machine issues an auxiliary ticket for passing through an automatic ticket barrier.</p> |
