PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To organically link a data base and a document to refer to that data base by inputting a link mark to the document, extracting data inside the data base corresponding to the link mark and replacing the extracted data in place of the link mark. SOLUTION: A table is prepared by a spreadsheet function. Next, a document is prepared. In this document, concerning the part related to a numerical sales value, a circle surrounding a link mark R, the table and cell names 51 and 52 are inserted in order to link such a part to the table. By preparing such a document, link processing is executed. First of all, the link mark R is searched and when the link mark R is detected, the target data (cell) are found out of the corresponding data base. When the presence of the data is judged, a correction table is prepared and the cell name and the numerical value are registered. Next, the document is copied into a buffer and cell contents are fitted and displayed. |
