PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropic conductive sheet capable of reliably achieving a stable electric connection state even when excessive pressing force is applied to conduction sections, maintaining the good electric connection state against the changes of the environment such as the heat history caused by temperature changes, and capable of obtaining high connection reliability. SOLUTION: This anisotropic conductive sheet comprises a frame plate 10 formed with a plurality of through holes 11 extending in the thickness direction, respectively, conduction sections 21 containing conductive grains aligned in the thickness direction in an elastic polymer material, and insulation sections 22 made of the elastic polymer material and formed to cover the outer peripheries of the conduction sections 21. The through holes 11 of the frame plate 10 are provided with anisotropic conductive elements 20 held at the protruded state from the surface of the frame plate 10.
