PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an element sensitizing semiconductor fine grains with high efficiency and having high transfer efficiency by using the semiconductor fine grains sensitized by a dye as a photoreceptor. SOLUTION: Semiconductor fine grains sensitized by at least one kind of a dye expressed by formula I or formula II are used for this photoelectric transfer element. In the formula I, Z indicates an atomic group required for completing a single-bond or 5-9-membered ring, L1-L3 each indicates a nitrogen atom or a methine group which may have a substitutional group, n1 indicates an integer of 0-2, V indicates an amino group or an alkoxy group which may be substituted and may form a ring together with a substituted benzene ring, and A indicates a substitutional group and may form a condensed ring with the sustituted benzene ring. In the formula II, Z' is equal to Z, L4 and L5 are equal to L1-L3, n2 indicates an integer of 0-4, Q indicates an atomic group required for completing a 5 or 6-membered hetero ring together with a nitrogen atom, Q may have a substitutional group or a condensed ring, R indicates an alkyl group, and A' is equal to A. |
