PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent individual colors from being visible separately or to prevent videos and characters from being visible as the set of dotty points even when an observer views a screen close at hand with an LED(light emitting diode) plane display element. SOLUTION: Pixels 3 having light emitting surfaces of a form inclining a square shape 45 deg. are arrayed in a diagonal right direction and diagonal left direction on a substrate 2 by disposing the sides of the each other's light emitting surfaces. The shape and size of the plate surface of the substrate 2 are made the same as the shape and size of the contours of the light emitting surfaces of all the pixels 3 on the substrate 2. The pixels 3 are formed by covering the plural LEDs of the colors different from each other with transparent objects into which objects to diffuse light are incorporated.
